45-Day MediaLight Returns & Exchanges
We pay return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange your product for the one that's a better fit.
If you encounter a problem with your MediaLight, every conceivable problem is covered under our comprehensive 5 year warranty. However, perhaps you didn't know what you ordered or returned your TV and no longer need your MediaLight. You don't need a reason to return your MediaLight for a full refund.
You'll be happy to know that we will pay return postage (USA only) and issue a full refund or exchange within 45 days of your purchase or product delivery confirmation date -- whichever works out in your favor.
If you are exchanging for a newer product that was not available when you placed your order, the return window is extended to 65 days from the date of purchase. You will need to pay any price difference if switching to a more expensive unit.
There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. Purchasing from us indicates acceptance of these terms.
1) We do not refund any expedited shipping charges. If a method other than free shipping is selected and an item is returned, shipping fees will not be refunded.
2) Unless your reason for returning is due to a defect or error caused by Scenic Labs, you are responsible for return shipping costs to the United States. We will pay for the outbound replacement item shipping costs.
If you do not accept an international shipment from the USA to your country because you don't want to pay the customs duties, we will not provide a refund for your order. Such unclaimed orders are instructed to be destroyed by default, and are not returned to us. Please see our shipping rates page and if you wish to avoid paying duties, please order from a reseller in your region if this is a concern.
