At MediaLight, we take pride in the durability and quality of our products and our comprehensive MediaLight 5-Year Warranty. While we can’t promise your MediaLight won’t ever break, we can ensure it’s promptly repaired if it does.

Nevertheless, even the best bias lighting can't stand up to the formidable forces of curiosity, mischief, or affection. Whether it’s a feline paw tearing a strip, canine teeth chewing a remote, or a human not reading directions and literally cutting the power cord off the strip :), more of our products have met their untimely end due to ‘operator error’ or the occasional pet rebellion than any other cause. That’s why we cover literally everything aside from intentional damage (which, let’s be honest, most wouldn’t openly admit) under our warranty.

We thought it would be fun to show some of the culprits, so as of August 2024, we're starting this Wall of Fame. This gallery honors the pets (and sometimes the humans) who keep us on our toes.

Oni, the Ontario Obliterator

Oni, the adorable yet deceptively destructive Canadian feline, clearly isn’t a fan of MediaLight Bias Lighting. 

Don’t be fooled by those innocent-looking eyes—this cat launched a devastating assault on a professional colorist's monitor, tearing the MediaLight Mk2 Flex to shreds and plunging the grading session into darkness. 

 

Pickles, the Perpetual Pulverizer of Precision Lighting

Pickles has a bone to pick with MediaLight. This feisty feline has made it her personal mission to test the limits of our warranty and tear her Mk2 to shreds. We salute you, Pickles, because you help us to continue improving our products for every home, no matter how adventurous the pets might be.

Bean is not impressed with the accuracy of MediaLight Bias Lights. Not at all. With a flick of her tail and a well-aimed swat, she’s made it clear that MediaLight bias lights are no match for her disdain. While Bean may never warm up to us, we’re committed to ensuring our products can withstand even the most nonchalant of feline critics.
